Pros

The company listens to the employees. There are consultant managers dedicated to listen and solve any issues the consultants might have at the clients. Great culture.

Cons

Not the highest pay, but very good

Pros

Employee Owned & it shows throughout the company. Outstanding work culture with so many learning/social communities. Opportunities to earn new certifications/skills. Dedicated Consultant Manager for Consultants. Operations is very creative on getting everyone involved on numerous projects/events. Great work/life balance. Diversity & Inclusion was a major aspect of the organization.

Cons

I wouldn't say there's any cons - during my time I grew professionally more than at other companies where I was tenured longer.

Pros

SDG has a great culture and helps support it's employees in the best way possible. Communication is strong within the company and it's easy to get connected with other employees.

Cons

I can't really think of any.
