I gained some healthcare experience

Poor management, micromanaged, the director expects you to bow down to him. I was sick and wasn't paid for being sick because of the lack of PTO they give out which you have to use for holidays as well. Holidays are not paid, you have to use sick time for it. Poorest pay ever for the women, but the males are paid more. They use the males bachelor degrees than the womens.
