Pros

Amazing coworkers, generally flexible about scheduling/days off, day goes by quickly.

Cons

A bit of micromanaging, job is somewhat difficult/thankless at times, lots of people who have been there for a while and have dug their heels and aren't flexible.

Pros

The organization does good work, and has many good people working there. We have pretty good PTO, especially after you hit 5 years.

Cons

No promotions. There’s literally no system to promote people. Raises have not kept pace with inflation. New employees are paid more than senior ones. There has been night turn over recently.
