      -Offered high starting wage (they have to do this to be competitive with fast food and other starting positions in the area)

      Very few pros for working here

      Cons

      Egomaniac owner, cliquey deceitful employees, very little guidance and no room for any new ideas. You are expected to work all hours if the owner decides something doesn’t please him. The worst office I have ever worked for.

      Nothing would make up for the way they treated me.

      Leadership is awful. They don't care about your opinion. After complaining to HR 3 times about supervisor, I left because nothing was ever going to change.
