      Pros

      A good place for you to start your Software Development Career. Here you can harness your knowledge and be exposed to real-world projects.

      Cons

      Poor employee management. No additional benefits aside from HMO, mandatory government benefits. Low salary compensation, unless you can provide something big or you have an extensive skillset that will be beneficial to the company.

      Okay for Fresh Graduates with no experience

      Pros

      - You can gain a lot of experience here while being exposed to different projects. - You can be jack of all trades but master of none.

      Cons

      - Lacking of development tools (most are free) - No Code Review - No Best practices implemented, what matter is as long as you can deliver or finish your designated task - The standard especially in coding/development is being left behind by other tech companies, so assumed that growth is less the more you stay here.

      - Some teammates are helpful and collaborative, except for a few others. - Good environment if you want very very very very fast-paced experience early in your career. did i say very like 4 times??

      Cons

      - Workload and expectations can be very overwhelming, especially for junior developers. Or on a specific project?? - Role boundaries are unclear—you may be assigned responsibilities outside your job description. You become UI to Dev to QA? - Project management and internal processes feel disorganized at times, making tasks harder than they should be. - Communication between teams and management can be inconsistent. - (Work) balance (life) is difficult during tight deadlines. - Limited transparency regarding long-term career growth and stability.
