- Not very strict in operational workflow compared to other companies.

- HR Management is a mess. - Project Management is a mess. - There are multiple red flags regarding DOLE guidelines in their operational workflows. - Employees are overworked and assigned to multiple projects. - The company lacks a proper foundation and structure. - Growth opportunities are limited. - There is no proper software training. - The physical office is a mess. - High turnover rate. - Work culture is a mess. Basically, everything is a mess; you’ll go crazy working here.
