      Pros

      Great benefits and awesome company's culture; I was just an intern but I was treated very respectfully and nicely. I feel like I am a part of the company over the last 6 months of the internship. I was exposed to many different projects which help me gain a lot of skills and knowledge. Professional working environment - many training programs available Good sustainability system

      Cons

      To me, it is not a cons but I don't know what it could mean to somebody else, which is Solvay is very strict on safety of employee. Other than that, nothing.

      Pros

      Large amount of responsibility and varied tasks. I was exposed to lots of different situations which have helped me to be a better engineer.

      Cons

      Some work became monotonous over an extended period of time, which wasn't what i'd hoped for and actually put me off going into an engineering career.
