      Hard working, skilled people attempting to create an entrepreneurial environment from which to grow the company. Generous with opportunities within the organization. Considerate of family and vacation time.

      Will not be the highest paid on the block, although also wont be the lowest.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with great medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

      Cons

      Borger is in the middle of nowhere. We are currently leasing building space from a company that solvay bought out. The building are in need of repair. We are stuck here until we get our new facilities built.
