      Pros

      Safety really is a top priority not just lip service. This Company is forward looking and visionary, not stuck in the past. Work Life balance is a key pillar of management systems.

      Cons

      So busy buying up other companies that current Solvay is left lacking capital to grow in and of itself.

      Pros

      Big company with a small-time, family feel. Most managers really care about their teams and promote career advancement if you show passion, ability to grow and leadership. They offer a variety of courses through corporate university.

      Cons

      They will sell off a business unit without taking a second look but again, it's just business. I gave 4 stars anyways because it really is a good company to work for.
