      The health benefits were very good. The pay worked for me during the time that I worked there.

      Communication issues from the manager which impacted my experience in the role and in the department.

      Great company to work for

      Good pay, Great benefits, very safety conscious plant, safe place to work

      Cons

      Very old plant. Toxic union environment. Tiered wages where all new employees hired since 2015 make 8-10$ less an hour than their counterparts doing the same exact job. No opportunity for growth. No incentive for high performance. Frequent layoffs
