      Pros

      Smart people, lots of former 3M technologies that are being rebranded, good ideas.

      Cons

      Nothing like 3M, benefits are not very good and very employer centric, they waste money because of mis-management, lots of younger in experienced talent in leadership.

      Lots of opportunity to own things and build while the company spins out. Management is strong and committed. Significant work being done on setting the culture for the new organization.

      Right place for someone who can handle a little ambiguity while the organization is being setup.
