Pros
The people are fantastic. So many people spend their entire careers at the company (was 3M and spun into Solventum).
Cons
The company's standardization of change management/process validation for drug/medical devices are great, but dramatically slow down progress and improvement. It's a regulated environment, so the change is needed and valuable, but management is still expecting fast turn around on projects with these new requirements.
