      Solve with momentum, being original “founders” and “solvers” is exciting. Legacy of 3M with the opportunity to be part of building the new company culture.

      Cons

      Still figuring out who we are post 3M spin off, will be an interesting and exciting next couple years.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are better than most places in the area. Overtime is generally available. Some people are competent, friendly, and fun to be around.

      Cons

      Numbers can seem more important than addressing issues that come up on the line. There is often a disconnect between change initiators and the workers on the production floor. Most departments have mandatory overtime, which could be a pro or a con.

      You represent amazing products. Travel daily between 1-3 hours to cover accounts

      Cons

      I represent between 10-30 products and these change yearly. Which makes it hard to be an expert on your products. Senior leadership changes yearly which makes growth slow.
