Pros

Why I said Best company to recognise ourselves is here in Solventum we understand what is our actual potential and where we stand because they let us speak, they let us open up, they give us a chance to showcase our talent and it's much transparent. Managers never take credit for our works instead they let us showcase ourselves which is the best. No where I see politics here which is another best point. Another best thing is work life balance. Environment is the best. Colleagues are very cooperative and holds best people here.

Cons

I couldn't find anything bad

Pros

1. Opportunity for Growth: As a newly established company with strong backing, Solventum offers substantial opportunities for career advancement. 2. Stable Foundation: Despite being new, its connection to 3M's 80-year legacy provides credibility and stability in the market. 3. Remote Work Flexibility: The company promotes flexible schedules and allows for remote work which is beneficial for maintaining a good work-life balance. 4. Innovative Environment: There's an emphasis on creativity and employee involvement giving workers the chance to shape the company's future. 5. Positive Culture: It has collaborative and supportive work environment with leadership that values employee contributions.

Cons

1. Ongoing Setup: The company is still working on fully establishing itself which can lead to operational challenges and delays in decision-making. 2. Slow Processes: Given its connection to a large corporation I feel the internal processes can be slow and bureaucratic.
