Pros

Great co-workers. Dayton building not as nice as Kettering building but it's not horrible. Easy work honestly.

Cons

Downside would be the amount of standing. No sitting time or 15 min breaks. Only a 30 min lunch & a few mins here & there to use restroom or get a drink.

This company truly helps people. Either on the blood side or tissue side, you will be helping save & improve lives. Pay rates are good & because it is a non-profit, there is the possibility of a bonus each year. For the first 24 months there is a pay bump every 6 months & Cost of Living increase each year.

Cons

Research the department you are interviewing with before accepting the position. What I mean is be sure to go in with a list of questions to ask the interviewer and a list you want to ask those working there. Ask the department head you are interviewing with if you can talk to the others...in private. I wish I'd done this. I would have learned a lot before working there.
