What you do in this job should be enough of a pro. We are changing, enhancing and saving lives, everyday. We had good hours that don't change day to day. Great benefits including health,vision,dental,PTO,and 401-k that the company matches.

Tons of red tape/bureaucracy (it is a federally regulated industry). Seemed to be a disconnect between management and employees. This particular role is only eligible for partial benefits.
