The industry is an exciting one and it is a field where you do feel like what you do is important

It was very difficult to advance within the company. There would be new opportunities but more often than not those went to people outside the company

Pros

Helping people who are sick and injured, and the donors were very nice for the most part. Good benefits if single.

Cons

The supposed every other weekend off only counted if they liked you. Sub par pay. Varying schedule killed my social life.

Dealing with human tissue and long days with no breaks to even use the restroom.
