This has been an excellent org to work for - collaborative, and a group of people that strive to lift one another up A lot of visibility to the top of the org, which has been been great to understand our direction

Cons

Standard startup woes, but nothing big comes to mind!

* coworkers are really top notch * get to work on an interesting problem with a real impact * flexible work hours / location / time off

* it's a startup so everything that comes with that * need more diversity in engineering
