Pros

- Having an impact on the product and many smart minds willing to go the extra mile. - Dynamic culture of change where problems are being addressed. - Good feedback loop of managers and individual contributors.

Cons

Some teams would benefit from more diversity but the company is hiring more and more and being focused on finding the best people.

Growth Begets Opportunity

Pros

I've now been at Solvvy for a few months and I am really enjoying my time here. Just like any fast growing start-up things are always changing (to be expected) but IMO that change creates opportunities for me to take on new challenges / learn new skills. In the last few months the company has added 3 members to it's senior management / executive team which I think has really helped solidify the growth plan and created well defined domain expertise. I truly feel I personally and other members of the Solvvy family have the opportunity to grow our careers. The culture isn't one of "that's not your job" but more of a "if you want to try your hand at that...go ahead!". Any one who is proactive about their career growth is going to love it here.

Cons

The office could use a bit more character i.e. plants / decor but I am excited to see what the new office will look like.
