The company culture is great, everyone truly lives by the teamwork mindset. The pay is good for corporate employees and the benefits are decent, Unlimited PTO policy is true, no guilt taking time off

Cons

Lack of teams structure and clear path for growth and promotion. Lots of people come and go which makes creating processes and consistency difficult.
