      Poor, poor management- ops managers are the worst Plenty of Favoritism Don’t offer suggestions even if they ask = bad employee/complainer It’s ok to lay you off but you are terrible for leaving You will lose your license if you follow what the ops managers tell you to do (Be aware) Does not follow company policies or procedures Constant change with no clear direction
