      Pros

      Flexible work hours, working from home half the time is great, good pay.

      Cons

      Management always pushing for more, working with a very sick patient population makes it difficult to manage care. Seems like they are forever holding our jobs over us to push for unrealistic results. Keep promising a bonus but never get it.

      you work from home remotely

      Cons

      they don't care about the patients at all. They only care about numbers and they will have you harass people that don't want to join the program after they have told us for years they don't want to join. The did not used to be like this at all they train their new employees to engage and nothing else. the company is no help to the patients at all.
