Workload has more than tripled in past nine month, no raise. No bonus last year or this year, as promised. No 401K match. Work life balance is non existent. No flexibility-unless you are in the clique. Management treats you as a number, not a person. It’s a production line, member care is non existent. Member doesn’t answer, keep calling until they do. Member doesn’t want to participate, keep calling week after week. Member asked for no more calls, keep calling. 3-4 layoffs in past several months, starting at the top and working down the line. Morning meetings are a joke, it’s just a check off box for management.Employees are questions or voice their concerns, no answer. And they “layoffs” staff was given less than. 24 hours that they were no longer employed. And I can assure you these “five star ratings” raving about an awesome company, are coming in from the very top leaders to get the numbers up.
