Communication is awful throughout the DMV and the entire company. Work is pushed around to other disciplines constantly and disciplines aren't individually managed so most of your managers don't know what your sole job purpose is/should be. Somatus had company-wide layoffs two separate months and key, vital team members were let go. The process of the lay offs was cold and disheartening.
