      My team mates are wonderful! We all work together and help each other out all the time! My Ops Manager is great to work with. She is concerned about my well being as well as with my work. She never tries to micromanage me and always, always asks for my input and listens to my ideas.

      While being extremely busy is a blessing these days, it can be overwhelming at times.

      They send you the equipment you need to work remote

      Policies change almost daily without any knowledge, you get audited by QA and hit for things you had no idea that changed-and when you challenge the issue it can take weeks, if at all, a short response or none at all. How can you do better if no one is coaching you. Trainers halfway know what they are doing(not their fault because higher ups drop things on them to train others without notice). Most supervisors and managers have no idea what's going on or how to do the job but dictate how to do it. The auto dialer (they say we don't have) cause more problems then it should.
