As a fast growing company, there are TONS of opportunities for growth. There is continuing education reimbursement to help you grow as well. Lots of opportunity to learn new skills. As a newer company, there is lots of innovation and thinking outside of the box which is excellent for a creative mind. Feedback is welcomed in order to grow and improve processes. If you are looking for a career that can take you places, help you learn, and make a difference in people's live....you found the right place. Did I also mention how diverse this company is? It is incredibly exciting to see so much diversity not only in the field but also in executive leadership.
