Immediate managers are great, and try their best with information given to them.

Cons

Frequent changes, and job instablity. Never know if you are going to have a job when you come in. Not as patient centered as they seem, patients are just a number.

Pros

Salary is pretty good and they offer many remote and hybrid roles.

Cons

They are a metrics driven organization, can be stressful. Does not seem to be too much structure within the organization on our processes when it comes to completing task. Layoffs occur often.
