Flexible work hours, working from home half the time is great, good pay.

Cons

Management always pushing for more, working with a very sick patient population makes it difficult to manage care. Seems like they are forever holding our jobs over us to push for unrealistic results. Keep promising a bonus but never get it.

The member outcomes are wonderful. Inspiring to see the impactful changes to people's lives that we have been able to contribute to, Teams work so hard and so well together. The patient truly matters to the teams. The teams truly matter to leadership.

Cons

Recent growing pains and the need to adjust have led to some disruption of the culture. Somatus seems to be aware of it, learning from it and striving to strengthen teams.
