Business Outlook
Pros
My upline manager listens and is fair, tries to problem solve. The pay is excellent, and even though the health benefits are costing the employee more this year this company continues to pay a large portion of the cost.
Cons
The structure of my team is not as balanced as it should be and it is difficult/impossible to manage the number of active patients that I have assigned to me when the focus is on initial assessments and not so much on the current active patients.
