My team mates are wonderful! We all work together and help each other out all the time! My Ops Manager is great to work with. She is concerned about my well being as well as with my work. She never tries to micromanage me and always, always asks for my input and listens to my ideas.

While being extremely busy is a blessing these days, it can be overwhelming at times.

Salary is competitive, but is not worth it.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Micromanagement. Overworked staff. All of the data is incorrect, yet you are graded on metrics. Questionable morals/ethics. No 401K match. Bonuses paid late. I’ve seen so many talented individuals quit this company. It sucks the life right out of you.
