Pros

The leadership is tightly aligned from top to bottom with a clear vision for Sonars future and culture which I believe will take us to the next level as an organization. The culture is inviting and inspiring and I made the right decision by joining the team.

Cons

Changes are being made which will always have there challenges but there is a clear plan forward and I can see we the leadership is focused on improving them with as little disruptions as possible.

Cons

Comp is slightly less competitive overall, but this is a place geared towards those hungry to learn and grow a career
