I honestly can't think of anything. My experience here has been horrible all throughout.

Cons

I left SonderMind because of the lack of support being given to therapists. I was taking on a lot of patients and always had a heavy workload, but despite having a lot of work to do, management never bothered to help me out. The salary I was paid was also insultingly low. I definitely wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

Pros

You get to meet a handful of interesting people, but other than that, nothing.

Cons

Very chaotic and stressful work environment. Schedules are disorganized, systems are broken, communication was terrible, and management had no idea what it was doing. Workloads are also often heavy, so you’re almost always pushed to your absolute limits.
