At first, the work felt meaningful and even a little rewarding. But any sense of satisfaction quickly disappeared as the demands and disorganization took their toll.

Cons

- Schedules were chaotic and constantly changing, making it impossible to keep up. - Communication was practically nonexistent, leaving important decisions unclear and employees scrambling. - Workloads were overwhelming, with no real support offered for the amount of work expected. - The overall experience felt frustrating, exhausting, and completely unrewarding. I am relieved to have finally walked away from this miserable experience.

People I worked alongside were wonderful people who kept me going.

Cons

This was truly the worst job I’ve ever had. This place is quickly tanking and becoming just like BetterHelp. The vetting that takes place to add providers is an absolute joke. It’s terrifying who they allow on this platform. No one listens to the clinical team, which is crazy considering it’s a mental health platform.

The job was exciting at first. I enjoyed taking on responsibilities and putting in effort, and I didn't mind working hard. I just didn't realize how slowly the constant demands were wearing me down.

Cons

- Constantly expected to improve quality for patients and the company while receiving no support or consideration. - Overworked for years, with every effort ignored and unacknowledged. - Sacrificed time, energy, and well-being with no raise, recognition, or meaningful response. - Long hours were brutal, leaving both physical and mental exhaustion. - Management treated employees like tools, caring little about the people keeping the company running. - The lack of appreciation and support was universal, not just personal.
