The benefits, salary, compensation, etc. are all great. You can tell the people who work there care and mean well.

Cons

There is a disconnect between OpCos and, within those OpCo's a disconnect between branches. We should be operating as a bunch of small companies within a large company, not a bunch of small companies that happen to share a parent company.

What an awesome place to work

Pros

The company is designed to allow you individuality within a group structure. They mentor you for success and do not focus on your mistakes instead they use those mistakes as learning tools. The environment is pleasant, no worries about who is talking about who today as that type of behavior is not tolerated @ the workplace. I have learned a lot being here, my boss is an excellent mentor and I am extremely lucky to have him guiding me through this new role.

Cons

Oh this is hard to decide, so many great things about the company I have not really experienced any Cons so far except maybe the work load assignments sometimes you just need more time in the day to get things done the RIGHT way

Not a good place to work - high turn over- they don't like remote working

Quality people, mellow atmosphere. Center city PHL location is a plus. Charleston SC would be a huge negative.

Cons

They don't like remote working at all, not even once a week. Hight turn-over . They pay below market.

This decision is determined by your manager and the head of your department. You mentioned that you think our corporate turnover is high, our current turnover rate at Sonepar USA is below average rates in our industry. Our people are our greatest asset, this is why we strive to provide competitive benefits, conduct engagement surveys every two years, and have career paths for our associates.
