      Pros

      There are so many learning opportunities here at Sonepar USA. I am more confidant in my practice due to the important task my managers entrust to me. Having leadership that instill confidence in the work place makes working here all the better. Plus, I get to work with an amazing group of people!

      internal processes are non existent and it is a chaotic environment. Can be VERY frustrating to work for this company.

In order to manage an organization of our size we have processes and procedures in place that we believe are beneficial for our corporate structure and enable us to be successful. I encourage you to speak with your manager about any procedures that are negatively impacting your experience at Sonepar USA. I also recommend that you reach out to your HR manager to discuss your concerns as well. After reading your pros, I am happy to see that you have experienced our close-knit culture and lively environment. Our People and our Culture are two of our values that we regard very highly.

      Sonepar is committed to local execution and empowerment through its local brands. As the number of these local brands increases, the local presence of Sonepar USA as a brand does not seem to be keeping pace with the growth. Being more recognizable in our communities may entice local job seekers to learn more about Sonepar USA’s culture, growth and career opportunities, which may help us to attract and engage more of the top talent needed to reach future goals.
