      Pros

      As a recent graduate it what a tough decision choosing a first job. After orientation I am fully confident choosing Sonepar was the best decision I could have made for my future and self-development. It is obvious that everyone cares about the success of the trainees and they have developed a program that will allow us to grow to our full potential.

      Sonepar Trainee Program

      Pros

      -enthusiastic and genuine experience with eager experienced individuals who are ready to see a younger generation file senior roles -fun and informative orientation program that is both informative and a good way to know the broader organization - relies less on experience and more on will, work ethic, and “hunger”

      Cons

      - trainee program flips hours often which can pose obstacles but provides a great way to learn about the company
