Business Outlook
Pros
Pay was pretty good, although a slim slice of what you will make the company . That's really the only pro. I made a decent amount of money while I was there.
Cons
Long hours. Working 60-70 hours a week is the norm, 10-12 hour days. Expensive health insurance for what it is. Nepotism is rampant, who you know and how much they like you is exponentially more important than what you know. Very corporate environment, you are treated as disposable and they make you aware of it. Lots of turnover at all levels including the GMs. You can be let go with absolutely no warning whatsoever.
