Pros

Plenty of good, capable people and a company undergoing change, updating technology. Good collaboration between various business units. Competitive benefits.

Cons

Manager prone to mistakes by allowing project impetus and personal relationships with vendors to cloud judgment Ignores prudent warnings from reporting associates, and avoids responsibility for bad decisions that negatively impact them. Resigned short of two years.

Pros

Pretty good pay plan...long you make good gross.

Cons

How they do trade-ins (controlling it from corporate) is absolutely stupid; along with the pricing formula.

Pros

Better than average environment, as relative to other auto Dealerships.

Cons

Quality of salespeople, however is on a downward slide as a result of corporate and regional budget cuts. This in time will bring what is a relatively decent environment, back to the mean. To keep quality and integrity in tact, corporate must pay less attention to fluciation in sales cycle via budgets and more ATTENTION to the quality of the capital (human) that if kept in place will smooth out the gyrations of slower sales due to economic cycles and gyrations. If not......the impact of the cycling process, will deepen and be come much more embedded, making recovery extremely difficult. This in turn will increase the difficulty of upper managements decision making and eventual outcomes to the shareholders.
