Pros
The people out in the service drive greeters,porters, shuttle drivers, loaner car agents. As well as a handful of sales people, detailers and technicians.
Cons
Management. They're hands off and disingenuous at least at this location. They write up/confront employees, sometimes in front of customers for very petty things. They also present no sense of team effort/appreciation or genuinely take in how hard the employees around them work. Management disguises employees hard work with pizza once every 2 months. Without name tags management wouldn't know any employee around them.
