Pros
Training is second to none. Regional support staff is there to help and give guidance when needed. Reporting is amazing and they give you the tools you need. They're technology is superior are are completely cutting edge.
Cons
Associate satisfaction is where they fall short. They listen to them, without even checking with the management to see if it holds any weight. I agree with associate satisfaction, yet when the tail wags the dog, your business will flounder. The GM I worked for managed to associate satisfaction and lacked accountability in a fear of hurting the ASI number. They have lost good managers, and recently an amazing manager due to listening to a couple disgruntled associates in the department, instead of listening to the majority. This will hurt them in the future if they don't get a handle on it.
