      Pros

      Benefits are Ok and I liked the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Hours long, very stressful Enviroment, 3 G.M.s in 1 year low pay and Employee's have no value to the Company.

      Pros

      Pay was pretty good, although a slim slice of what you will make the company . That's really the only pro. I made a decent amount of money while I was there.

      Cons

      Long hours. Working 60-70 hours a week is the norm, 10-12 hour days. Expensive health insurance for what it is. Nepotism is rampant, who you know and how much they like you is exponentially more important than what you know. Very corporate environment, you are treated as disposable and they make you aware of it. Lots of turnover at all levels including the GMs. You can be let go with absolutely no warning whatsoever.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is positive and upbeat, fast moving. Everyone is there to make money and do things right.

      Cons

      They think the way to make more money is to pay their employees less. They end up hiring mostly trainee level people because they lowball everyone at the job offer part of the interview.
