Non Management employees are great, loved everyone i worked with, we all had the same thing in common, we hated the job and Nate. People were the only Pros.

Cons

THE OWNER. Who knows how this business is successful, he has no idea how to treat employees, even his own family. He thinks he is above every one and nobody can tell him anything. He is a miserable human being. Its funny because i see a lot of good reviews, so he must be giving ppl free stuff to post good reviews, because nobody in their right mind would like working for him.

-Great environment for anyone looking to get their foot in the door at a job -Great communication between management and employees

Cons

-There can be improvements on the site, also there needs to be big picture ideas. All of the information/updates aren't huge things to work towards.
