Non Management employees are great, loved everyone i worked with, we all had the same thing in common, we hated the job and Nate. People were the only Pros.

Cons

THE OWNER. Who knows how this business is successful, he has no idea how to treat employees, even his own family. He thinks he is above every one and nobody can tell him anything. He is a miserable human being. Its funny because i see a lot of good reviews, so he must be giving ppl free stuff to post good reviews, because nobody in their right mind would like working for him.

Pros

Good discounts if you are into car audio You meet a lot of very interesting people. They like to make company sports teams if you're into playing sports.

Cons

A classic case of overworked, underpaid. Management makes too many snap decisions. Hard work and showing initiative get you nothing but a thank you, making it a waste of time to try. Warehouse staff are looked down on by the office staff.
