You may not get paid on time, there might be other discrepancies on your paystub that probably won't get fixed, the owner is a straight up piece of work who does not value his employees. You will be overworked and underpaid for the job. You are simply another number and don't matter as a person. The low wages are barely enough to survive on, and communication from upper management is either nonexistent or half-assed. You'll almost never get a straight answer. If you have a problem, good luck, because HR basically doesn't exist.

Your CEO will never, and I mean NEVER, care for you as a person until it benefits him. He will hold you over with disregard of your time. You get four paid holidays and there’s no arguing about it. He thinks low wages and more work makes better employees when really he is undervaluing his staff. Empty promises and half baked projects that you will start and never mention again. Communication is almost nonexistent from upper management. If you are looking for a diverse work environment, you will not find it here.
