There are no pros to working here.

Cons

This place is the last place you want to work at as a Customer Service Representative. The management is worthless. When an employee goes to management with a question, they brush it under the rug and deal with it later. They have changed their policies so many times its ridiculous and always screws over the customer. You are not provided with any training and are instead thrown into the fire. If you're someone who goes above and beyond at your job, don't. There is little room for advancement unless the person above you leaves for a better job; which happens quite often.

Nate, the CEO constantly motivates me to do better and push myself to learn new things. He is very supportive in the career I want to end up in and even wants me to move into that role with his company.

Cons

There is a LOT of work to be done and it can get quite overwhelming very quickly. But nate is very helpful.

I am working in Sonic Electronix for more than 6 months and I found So many things to learn as a Developer. I am working directly under CEO and Senior Developer. Senior Developer has a lot of knowledge and I have learned a lot of things from him. CEO is also very friendly and he supports in every aspect if you do hard work and gives your 100% for the company (and obviously that is every employee's duty).

Cons

Nothing as of now. But management should be improve
