The best thing about this company is the fact that they really value you as an employee. They strive to provide a quality service for an affordable price. It's what you expect when working for a company. Transparency, honesty, appreciation, opportunity.

Company provided can/gas card, all tools are provided, Co-workers are all great

Cons

The amount of hours expected to work are unreasonable. Things have slowed down a bit but an average day for me is at least 10-12 hours . Sometimes longer. They talk alot about the "company culture " which does not seem to apply to us in field service . The internal communication here is horrible . I really enjoy my job but will have to leave unless they can get some of these things fixed .
