Pros

Very independent work and great support/training. I only ever worked remote from home so felt very independent in my ability to do work. The support leads/managers were always available if I needed any help though. They advertise career advancement and as long as you perform your share of the work, they are more than welcome to give you the opportunity to move up.

The pay could be better compared to other tech support positions

Great people Great Breakroom Decent support via upper management The ability to move to a different role within the company Training was very informative and well put together. You don't read from a script like most tech support.

Cons

Pay not competitive compared to cost of living Pay increases were not keeping up with inflation Not a whole lot of room for potential growth at any position.
