Fosters a unique workplace culture that is enjoyable to be apart of. Good healthcare benefits. They offer perks such as profit sharing, catered food, and some events and prizes.

Cons

Low pay compared to industry average. There is a strong lack of upward mobility within the company. Apparent favoritism in internal promotion. Lack of cohesion within leadership and a certain clique is fostered among them.

Pros

Sonic is arguably the best company I have ever worked for. The culture and co-workers are amazing, it feels more like family than anything else. The free lunches on Fridays, the quarterly meetings, and company parties contribute greatly to this culture. Highly recommend if what you desire is a low stress work environment. Additionally, the company is also more than willing to hire entry level candidates or candidates with little experience.

Cons

The company has a high attrition rate because they do not pay enough once employees are trained and have a few years of experience under their belt. The focus of HR is solely focused on the company not its employees, which contradicts the company owner's M.O.
