Pros

Great coworkers and laid-back culture. One of the few ISP companies that understand net neutrality.

Cons

Pay is impossible to live off of with how low it is and do not expect major pay raises unless you make a huge stink. Upward mobility, once you are hired, is almost impossible, and hard work is rarely rewarded unless it's out of nepotism. Policy changes seem to come out of nowhere and for almost little to no benefit to anyone including the consumer at times.

With staring wage, you won't be able to pay bills and live off of it, unless you're fresh out of High School and still live at home.
