Pros

This is one of the greatest jobs I have ever had. I love everyone I work with and the environment is excellent. If you're genuinely kind and passionate about helping others, this is the perfect job for you. Do not be intimidated if you have little to no technical background. Sonic has a wonderful training staff who will get you caught up to speed in no time.

Cons

The pay is slightly less than average for a similar job in the Bay Area but that isn't the end of the world. With all the additional perks such as weekly pizza, weekly fruit, clothing, great benefits, annual parties, etc., it works out. Limited to one location, which is great if you live in the area but not so great if you're looking to relocate. However, with the help of you, expansion is likely possible in the near future--so tell a friend!

Pros

You can bring your dog to work. Coworkers are fun people. Games in the break room.

Cons

The 3 "pros" I listed are perks that Sonic offers to entice people to work under terrible management and for very little pay. There is ZERO accountability. You have co workers that work their tails off to pick up the slack of those who skate by. And not a soul is paid fairly. Or, treated like an actual responsible adult. Most of management's work experience is solely Sonic, therefore they have no real leadership or work experience. They act very selfish and immature and as a result, so does most of the staff.

Pros

Great people to work with Good place to learn Training is good, they are patient Focus on customer satisfaction opportunities to move up

Cons

Pay. not easy to survive on in California. Still growing and figuring things out accordingly.
